岗位职责：

1、根据学校教学安排，完成备课、授课、教案更新等工作；

2、与学生、班主任及教务人员积极沟通，配合学校共同完成教学工作。

任职资格：

1、本科以上学历；

2、师范类专业和持有教师资格证的优先考虑；

3、211/985院校毕业优先考虑；

4、较强的语言表达能力，普通话标准，口齿伶俐；

5、较强的亲和力，较强的授课能力，讲课生动，多元化授课模式，知识面宽广；

6、热爱教育行业，工作积极主动，责任心强；

7、能用中文及英文教学者优先考虑

专注内地学生就香港留学提供服务及途径，近几年成功帮助近千名内地学生升学香港，得到了社会认可。另积极推动中港两地学生交流及实习，组织国内老师香港培训、通过举办一系列活动，为两岸三地乃至世界的青少年及学者创造相互交流、相互学习的机会，每年参加由广东港澳台办及香港民政事务局组织的活动，为两地学生创造交流机会，提升两地青年对不同文化的认识和融合，加强香港青年人认识和了解中国国情，以及与内地人民的交流，提高香港青年的国民身份认同。
Pathway Education Institute is dedicated to giving students access to overseas education and offering them premium assistance in their applications for overseas universities. We actively promote exchanges between students from Hong Kong and China, and offer Hong Kong students valuable internship opportunities in China. Besides, we also organize training courses for mainland teachers. These activities facilitate mutual exchange between teachers and students. With support from the Home Affairs Bureau of the Hong Kong government and the Hong Kong & Macau Affairs Office of the State Council, we offer a multitude of exchange opportunities for students and teachers so as to promote mutual understanding and facilitate integration. These exchange opportunities not only deepen the youth of Hong Kong’s understanding of China, but also strengthen their ties with mainland citizens. More importantly, these activities heighten their national identity with China.
