职责描述:

1. Work closely with international freight forwarder to send accurately the shipping instruction and track the sailing/flight schedule and improve their service.

2. Prepare the clearance documentations, communicate with the broker and shorten the cycle time.

3. Collect international freight forwarder and broker performance to the supervisor.

4. Complete the reports and analysis.

5. Other work assigned by the supervisor.

2. 制作发票、箱单等单证文件，提供清关材料给报关行

3. 管理货代行为，并及时反馈给上级主管
