Responsibility:
1. Deliver customer services by acting as a coordinator and manage to communicate with internal and external clients;
2. Handle audit order enquiries, review and manage the client bookings till invoicing;
3. Verify and update the record in the database system in timely manner;
4. Support auditors on project documentation and audit files maintenance;
5. Ensuring compliance with the requirements defined in Global System Procedures and Local Procedures;
6. Keep monitoring the status of operation process, coordinating, status report provided in timely basis;
7. Perform other duties assigned by Operation Manager, Customer Service.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. Detail oriented, self-motivation, independent, strong team player;
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Good computer skill;
