工作职责：

· 与客户沟通交流，深度挖掘背景经历素材，定位求职方向

· 为客户提供职业规划、简历优化、面试笔试培训、网申和岗位推荐等服务

· 帮助客户掌握行业知识、提升求职技能，从而在求职过程中脱颖而出

· 解答客户在求职过程中遇到的问题

· 参加专业培训与交流，提高简历和求职辅导服务专业水平

· 定期汇报服务进度和客户反馈，协助优化产品，提升客户体验

职位要求：

· 本科及以上学历

· 具有人力资源、教育培训或咨询服务行业经验者优先

（例如招聘、猎头顾问、留学咨询、移民咨询、英语培训、英语翻译、就业指导等）

· 具有优秀的英语读写能力，海归背景优先，英语专业八级优先

· 对职业咨询行业感兴趣，乐于并善于沟通和分享，逻辑思维缜密

· 具有亲和力，较强的责任感、敬业精神与职业道德操守，注重细节

Job opening: Career Coach/Resume Writer（Full-time/Part-time）
Principal Responsibilities:
· Career Development/Consultation: Support the clients in attaining their career and professional goals by providing services including CV/cover letter creation and optimization, career exploration, interview training, mock interviews, job recommendation and various workshops

· Deal directly with clients, ensuring that communication is perfect at all levels

· Provide individual career guidance to best assist clients in defining career options, developing employment skills and job search procedures

· Assess individual career development needs, providing clients the skills necessary to make better career decisions and take effective actions

· Maintain knowledge and awareness of industry trends

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor or above

· Working experience in recruiting/headhunting/training/consulting related area is preferred

· Overseas education or work experience is highly preferred

· Passion for a challenging and rewarding consulting career

· Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills

· Strong interpersonal skills and proven team player

· Convincing communication skills in English and Chinese

· Mobility and flexibility, excellent multi-tasking skills
