Program Summary
? The Sales Management Trainee Program accelerates the development of commercial-savvy talent through a structured program combining coursework and field assignments. This is a global program in the United States, EMEA and APAC. Candidates of APAC Sales Management Trainee Program will be hired from China, India, SEA, South Pacific, Korea and Japan. Sales Management Trainee graduates will be considered for key commercial management positions pipelines for Rockwell Automation.
? A six-month program consisting of four-stage classroom training in Singapore and Shanghai, and three one-month field assignments in the candidate’s home country.
? Program participants will strengthen their commercial, business and product skills through the international learning environment and mentored by the experienced sales leaders.
? Have the exposure to APAC senior leadership team.
Job Purpose
Responsible for successful completion of the sales management trainee training program and meet requirements of account manager.
Job Assignment
? Make sales plan with mentor for the assigned accounts and territory
? Make daily sales call to assigned accounts
? Develop prospect list for sales opportunities
? Analyze, identify, and create customer needs for RA products and leverage RA resources to meet customer needs
? Qualify, follow through, and close the qualified sales opportunities coached by mentor for assigned accounts
? Maintain relationships and satisfaction with assigned custome
? Work with market access partners during the keep, find, and close process
Minimum Qualifications
? 0-3 years of working experience, good skills in Sales Fundamentals (listening, analyzing, problem solving, lead qualifying, negotiating, persevering, closing), Prospecting & New Customer Development, Value-based selling, Customer-centric Selling and Territory Planning & Management.
? Basic understanding of industrial automation and information products (specifically Motion Control, Drive System, MES / Information System, Component Industry Control, Services & Solutions, etc.).
? Entry level in Industry Knowledge, partner development, End-user/OEM Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of EU/SI or OEM customers)
? Drive results, manage stressful environments with professionalism
? Good relationship skills (Customer Focus/Motivator)
Language Skill
? Good English language proficiency in both written and spoken English
? Be able to speak local language - Chinese as a native
Educational Qualifications
? Bachelor or Master in Science and Engineering related discipline preferred, including but not limited to: Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control Theory, Computer Science, etc.

3. 英语:CET-6或雅思6.5及以上,口语流利。
其他要求:
1. 热爱销售工作,具有较强的抗压能力;
2. 自动化或电气技术知识扎实;
3. 良好的适应能力和学习能力;
4. 良好的团队协作精神;
5. 出色的沟通能力及组织协调能力。
