Role Synopsis
To support the overall indirect sales business planning cycle , which includes the yearly target setting, resource allocation, LBM and RF building as well as the summary and report to drive for sales growth and activity efficiency.
To be responsible for the weekly sell out report building and facilitate in follow up actions to find out root causes and next step actions.
To support the business analysis from various aspects, e.g. city tier, sub brand, workshop type, etc. to build insights.
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate the data collaboration for LBM and RF building to find out business gaps and opportunities on monthly basis;
Assist the foundational data building for the planning process, mainly on the market size estimation and by city sell in and out data gathering based on the internal management systems and industry reports, etc., to prepare for a consolidated picture during yearly planning cycle;
Feed the historical sell in and sell out data to national sales support team during the planning process as the basis for resource allocation;
Collect the distributor contracting information on yearly basis with the support from SOT;
Work with SOT and leverage internal management systems to build the weekly sell out report;
Find out areas for improvement in DOS system and SIMS sell out reports, in the aspects of data grouping and reporting and raise for further improvements;
Build business insights from the report compiling and market visits to acquire basic commercial acumen during the on the job learning.
Requirements
Bachelor degree and above, Master degree holder preferred
Relevant experience preferred
Strong communication skills with some experience in networking and multi-task management
Strong in analytical reasoning and sensitive to numbers.
Project management skill is a plus
Fluent in Mandarin, excellent in spoken and written English
