Responsibilities
1.Carry out investigation on training demand, includes competency analysis, individual demand survey and departmental demand survey.
2.Compile the annual training plan and training budget, follow up implementation of training plan and budge, give the feedback in time.
3.Follow up the training effect, and take measures to continuously improve the training effectiveness.
4.Support in the establishment and improvement of training system, built up the internal and external trainer pool, supplier base, training material base, exam base and case base.
5.Update the training record timely, draft the training agreement and monitor the implementation according to the training regulation.
