Responsibilities
1.Make the statistic for SPC data and analyze Cpk, Cmk, put forward corrective proposals for the abnormal condition and implement them.
2.Organize the team members for all quality issue analysis, compile and carry out corresponding measures.
3.Take part in the internal process audit, compile the corrective and preventive measures and implement them according to the audit result.
4.Handle the emergency quality problems in the production process, work out the emergency measures and monitor the implementation.
