Responsible for complete lifecycle of rollingstock electrical propulsion and auxiliary system product development.(Developments will mainly be specific application engineering changes orimprovements to existing product platforms to meet project specific customerrequirements.)

Project specific electrical engineering designapplication work, based on standard Bombardier platforms will generally beperformed as part of a multi-disciplinary project team, in conjunction with aBombardier PPC electrical engineering team; BNP Electrical ApplicationEngineers shall develop practical and innovative ways to identify and meetgoals, and closely cooperate with the other team members to ensure that design requirementsare achieved, BNP development processes are followed and product integrity ismaintained.

基于庞巴迪标准平台产品进行项目特定电气应用设计，与庞巴迪PPC电气工程专业组作为多专业项目开发团队的一部分，BNP电气应用工程师必须开发实用与创新工作方法以识别并满足功能目标，同时与其它团队紧密合作确保设计要求得以满足，且符合BNP设计开发流程，并维持产品系列的完整性；

 

Typical responsibilities for allocateddevelopment tasks would include:

• Requirements capture

• Electrical performancefeasibility analysis, cost and timescale estimation, and risk evaluation ofequipment

• Participation in technicalmeetings with customers and suppliers.

• Preparation &implementation of product development plans

• Concept, preliminary &detailed design, including:

  • Definition of electricaland mechanical interfaces

  • Performing electrical &thermal calculations

  • Selection of electricalcomponents

  • Issue of specifications anddesign documentation.

  • Preparation of electricalschematics, wiring tables & routing drawings

  • Preparation and issue ofmanufacturing drawings.

  • Preparation of testspecifications

• RAMS analysis

• Design review, includingpreparation & presentation of design material.

• Support manufacturing, test& commissioning activities.

• Prepare Operations &Maintenance manual material.

  Additional work tasks include:

• Provide technical supportand instruction to production departments; assist solving of electricaltechnical problems during manufacture of traction and auxiliary equipment.
  指导运营生产部门技术操作，协助解决牵引设备箱生产制造过程中电气技术问题。

• Prepare routine test andtype test specification for designed traction and auxiliary equipments;supervise the performance of relevant tests to ensure they are correctlyperformed and documented, (selection & approval of an appropriate testinstitute may be required; prepare type reports.
  编制所设计的牵引、辅助系统设备的例行、型式试验大纲及指导相应试验与报告；

• Provide active technicalsupport to Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve electrical design andinterface problems in a timely manner.

  为公司销售与售后服务中有关电气设计、接口问题提供必要的技术支持。

• Maintain configurationcontrol of product documentation, and perform specific electrical designmodifications and improvement according to requirements from customer orproject management team following the Engineering Change process.

  根据用户或项目部门的要求与工程更改流程进行特定电气设计修改与设计改进；

• Conduct Electrical HazardAnalysis, EMC, FEMA, and RAMS analysis on locally designed electrical system.

  对本地化设计的电气系统进行危害性分析、FEMA 及RAMS方面的相关分析

• Provide drawings forlocally design parts for general system analysis and integration.

  与PPC电气工程小组协作，提供本地设计电路图纸用于主电路系统分析与整合

• To be responsible for HSE & CI responsibilitiesrelated to this position.
