The Systems Engineerbe responsible for the entire propulsion system, and will work in project teamswhich usually consists of a lead engineer, functional managers, electrical andmechanical engineers.

The Systems Engineeris responsible for:

• Analysis of customertechnical requirements--分析客户技术需求

• Establishing the propulsion system technical solution together with     the lead engineer
• 与项目总工程师一起制定牵引系统解决方案

• Dimensioning andspecification of components such as transformer, motor, converter, othertraction system components

• 制定系统部件的规格计算，如变压器，牵引电机，变流器，其他牵引系统部件

• Performance Calculations性能计算

• Creation, update andrelease of documents; main documents are:

•  创建、更新和释放相关文件;主要的文件有：

  • Propulsion performance report牵引性能报告

    
    

    System engineering specification系统工程规格书

  • • Component Specifications calculation部件规格计算

    • Main circuit diagram主电路图

    • Handling System requirements处理系统需求相关文件

     

    • Participation in all stages of design review and First Article Inspections参加各个阶段的设计评审和首件检验

    • Preparation of system test specification and participation in the system test and investigation test. Analyze results and write corresponding reports.

    • 制定系统试验大纲并参加系统试验和研究性试验。对试验结果进行分析并出具相关报告。

    • Prepare vehicle type test specification and perform vehicle type test together with lead engineer. Analyze the results and write reports.

    • 与项目总工程师一起制定车辆型式试验大纲并执行。对试验结果进行分析并出具报告。

    • Follow-up the performance of the propulsion system during the warranty period

    • 在质保阶段跟进牵引系统的性能。

    • Analysis and troubleshooting of system incidents.

    • 对于系统事故作出基本分析和故障处理。

    • Escalate complex technical issues to Lead & Systems Engineering Manager and management team.

    • 向系统工程经理和上级管理团队上报复杂技术问题.

    • Coordinate, together with the lead engineer, the technical activities of the different engineering departments involved in the project.

    • 和项目总工程师一起协调处理项目中各工程部门的工程活动。

    • Perform other relevant tasks commanded by superior.
