Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for E-drive product development and localization engineering.
2. Deeply involved in E-drive development projects and advance engineering projects as E-drive R&D engineering.
3. Define E-drive product specifications with OEMs, ZF R&D headquater and suppliers.
4. Coordinate product development process for local E-drive products in a matrix organization.
5. Assure that development targets as scope, quality, time and cost are achieved.
6. E-mobility technical interface with externally with customers, suppliers and internally with ZF different BU and functions.
7. Responsible for e-drive engineering related requirements analysis, technical estimations and technical problem solving.
8. E-drive product prototype test and vehicle commisionning.
9. Finalize development documentation.
