Job Description:

§   Responsible for the innovation technology in new material development for industry, healthcare and electronic market / 5G related material such as EMI, antenna, high permittivity material.

§   Design and implemental of the lab experiment on the new technology development in new material, magnetic and polymer composites material.

§   Performing laboratory scale chemicals/polymer/Inorganic synthesis, preparing formulations and performing testing/characterization of materials

§   Collaborate with business lab and customer for identifying the technology trend in the industry, build the technology roadmap, and setup the technology deploy pipeline.

§   Independently document the lab work in form of lab record and contribute to the IP strategy.

§   Working with cross-function team for commercialize the new product

 

Requirements:

§   Ph.D. degree in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Materials, Physics, Material science, electronic material, communication engineering.

§   Strong fundamental knowledge of physics, electromagnetism, and material science.

§   Interpersonal skills, include working with plant professionals, laboratory and business team personnel

§   Good English communication skills (oral and written)

§   Microsoft Office proficiency will be preferred.
