Roles & Responsibilities

• Source new model programs to meet program requirements of timing, cost, quality, service and local content.

• Develop non-design cost reduction roadmap so to support company profit delivery.

• Work with Engineers to develop and implement design cost reductions.

• Work with business units and cross functional teams for any resolution required and support program launches.

• Manage supply base to ensure robust strategy, supply continuity, robust quality and healthy cooperation to support company business needs.

• Interface with other regions to ensure constructive cross region joint efforts for business delivery.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor or advanced degrees

• Fluent in reading, writing, speaking and comprehension of the English vocabulary.

• Experienced in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software;

• Mature interpersonal skills, communication skills and organizing ability.

• Be able to manage pressure, have a can-do attitude and team spirit.
