Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead development of Ford Powertrain InstallationSystems(Fuel/Cooling/Exhaust/Mounts/Air Intake)to meet all requirements including functional specification /quality / cost / timing;
Responsible for robustness design verifications, engineering signoff and production validation;
Liaise with Joint Venture to support launch and ensure issues are fixed on time with quality;
Work together with Quality/Plants/Function team to solve Powertrain Installation systems warranty issues in AP (Asia Pacific) markets.
Participant in Ford global Powertrain Installation system engineering team discussion to represent AP (Asia Pacific).
Qualifications & Skills Required
Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical / Automotive) or related discipline
Capable English communication and written skills
Good performance in Mathematical statistics is preferred.
Self-motivated/Teamwork/Integrity and interest in the automotive industry
Able to interface with various teams from around the world, and able to manage the time-zone challenges.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to rationalize between many competing deliverables
