Roles & Responsibilities

• Be the interface between program team and functional engineering;

• Timely communicate with LVEA(Lead vehicle engineering activity) and JV(Joint Venture) to ensure engineering information is correctly delivered;

• Deliver program milestone deliverables (quality, timing and cost) along with function;

• Ensure and coordinate robust engineering sign off for localized parts with function;

• Ensure and coordinate Functional support at Program special events;

• Present functional status at weekly Program Steering Team(PST) meeting, Tech Reviews, etc and program milestone reviews;

• Chair regular reviews to manage program business with the Function and PMT leader;

• Lead local build process for the functional area at all build events managing issue resolution and coordinate cross-functional engineering issue resolution and communication;

• Ensure resource requirements are defined by Function and communicated to PM and consistent with Program Direction.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor Degree or above in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering;

• Understand Body Interior system and vehicle performance;

• Familiar with product development process;

• Willing to take more responsibility, have ownership for the assigned program;

• Be flexible for travelling in China mainland;

• Be Proactive and Passionate;

• Fluent English and good communication skills.

• Familiar Windows office skill
