Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead delivers China program milestone deliverables (timing, quality/vehicle attribute, cost) along with LVEA（lead vehicle engineering activity）Function, in Body Exterior

• Ensure and coordinate robust engineering sign off for localized parts via managing engineering tools (Quality history, design review, eFDVS, PVP, CC/SC, APQP) with Function.

• Support functional CR Process (AVBOM, WER release) and coordinate cost/timing feedback from JV.

• Leads local build process for the functional area at all build events managing issue investigation and coordinate cross-functional engineering issue investigation and communication.

• Ensure and coordinate Functional support at China Program special events (e.g. BOM Reviews, line walks, sign-offs, etc).

• Participate in weekly PST, weekly meeting with LVEA（lead vehicle engineering activity）, and program milestone reviews etc.

• Chair weekly meeting with D&R and lead PMT.

• Ensure China engineering resource requirements are defined by function and communicated to PM and consistent with Program Direction

• Related trainings will be provided to make sure new Graduate could complete above work, also with management’s help.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor Degree or above in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering;

• Knowledge in vehicle performance and Body system (Body in White / Exterior / Interior).

• Fluent English and god communication skills

• Good usage of Excel, PowerPoint and Word

• Personality and Leadership Skills:

       -Willing to take more responsibility, have ownership for the assignments, self-driving

       -Be Proactive and Passionate

• Other specific skills/experience preferred, not must:

       -Intern experience in program management for automotive commodities

       -Experience in Quality/Reliability process including FMEA, Design Verification Planning, Global 8D, PFMEA and control plans
