Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver Best  In Class Electric and Electronic system solutions for Ford vehicle      programs in China and Asian-Pacific markets
• Responsible for successful execution of Ford product development process
• Represent EESE in Program and Financial forums in program report outs and senior      management reviews
• Project  management of EESE GPDS deliverables
• Work closely each design & release team in support of milestone delivery.
• Implement a  “data driven” approach to program management and use this data to      pro-actively put actions in place to avoid issue/deliver on time (e.g.      resource, prioritization, help required).
• Develop strong  working relationships with cross functional and regional supporting teams      (e.g. Finance, Program Management, Launch Teams, VOME, Purchasing, STA, DI      etc.).

• Lead resolution of key issues (process or design) as required in support of program delivery on time.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor degree or above.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Able to demonstrate ability to lead / direct team activities.

• Effective in decision making process (including business impact)

• Exposure to commercial business aspects of engineering.

• Demonstrate ability to implement an analytical approach to project management
