Skills & Requirements:
Support delivery of CRM programs for customer loyalty program for international brand and other accounts as may be assigned from time to time.
Support in the development and implementation of the marketing strategies for the client into a series of marketing activities/campaigns, monitor operation and quality control, track and report performance.
Responsible for communication tools management including e-DM, SMS and MMS broadcasting and tracking report management, website content initiates, update and reporting management.
Co-ordinate with other internal departments (such as IT, Operations and Creative), client, partners and external vendors for day-to-day implementation of the program.
Assist in the preparation of presentation documents and research reports in both English and Chinese.
Support billing management.
职位要求:
1、全日制大学本科以上学历,英语相关专业。
2、大三、大四在校学生,课程较少,或没有课程的;一周至少有3天空余可以上班的。
3、有良好的英语能力,具备听说读写的能力。
4、有较强学习能力,并乐于接触新的知识。
