主要工作：

1 负责进行新项目规划方案设计及实施;
Design and implement logistic solution for new program
2 负责SPS项目规划和实施，及运营期管理和改进
SPS program with responsibility of planning and implementation, daily management and improvement
3 设计及优化物料拉动方式、车间布局、库存Min/Max设置、物料拉动系统
Design and continuously improve material pull method, layout, Min/ Max of each storage location, material handling system and so on.
4 分析车间内车流量并持续改进各车间的物流人员和和物流设备效率；
Analyze in-plant material flow and continuously improve the efficiency of logistics staff and logistics equipment in each shop
5 与内外部相关功能块接口，评估物流运作的变化点，并规划新方案。
Interface with internal & external teams, assess changing point and design new solutions.

任职资格：

1 良好的计划组织能力、工作主动性、沟通技巧和学习能力
Planning& organization ability, self-starter, communication skill, good learner
2 本科及以上
Bachelor degree or above
3 物流工程、机械、工业工程相关
Logistics engineering or industrial engineering related
4 优秀的中英文沟通能力
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
