主要工作：

1 负责车间内的维修类工艺文件的发放及更改等工作，确保工艺文件的有效、完整、正确和统一；检查并监督工艺纪律执行情况，落实相应的整改措施。Responsible for the issuance and changing management to ensure effective and active process documents, completed, corrected and aligned; monitor the process and implementation with effective corrective action plan.
2 车间电气系统的优化改进： 组织并实施车间的电气系统的优化与改进，降低营运成本并提高系统的稳定性和可靠性。Improvement and optimization of the automation system: Organize and implement the improvement and optimization of the automation system of body shop, with cost down and stability/reliability up.
3 现场故障响应与处理： 对车间内电气设备故障处理提供技术支持，负责电气设备维护计划的制订及电气类备件清单的制订与维护。Response for breakdown on site: Provide technical support for electrical equipment to maintenance worker, formulate the maintenance plan of the electrical system, prepare and manage the electrical spare parts list.
4 参与新车型项目实施过程中的电气设计和调试；Involve designing and debugging of the new project electrical system.
5 资料管理： 负责电气系统的图纸、程序、资料和维护手册等的管理。Documentation managing: Manage the electrical drawing, program, and maintenance manual, etc.
6 规范建立本车间的电气标准，对整个车间的电气系统性能进行维护及优化改进，保障本车间的设备稳定可靠运行。对现场维修和生产人员提供技术培训和支持Set up automation standards, maintain and optimize the automation system to ensure the stability and reliability of shop's equipment. And supply training and support work to maintenance and production organization.

任职资格：

1具有很强的团队精神和社交能力；Team player, good social abilities.
2了解汽车产品和涂装工艺知识优先；Better to know Product and Paint shop process knowledge
3英语水平较高，具有较强的读写能力；Good English skill, both written and read.
4本科学历，电气、自动化类相关专业 ;Bachelor degree, Electrical, Automation or other related major.；
5 熟悉西门子软硬件，有现场调试工作经验者优先。 Familiar with siemens software and hardware, on-site equipment debugging experience is preffered.
