主要工作：

1 负责涂装车间工艺规划并进行可行性分析
Responsible for a Paint Shop area process planning and feasibility analysis
2 负责指定区域内新增或变更工艺的涂装质量评审和过程管理。
Responsible for paint quality review and management for new installed or changed processes in assigned area
3 负责涂装设备的设计、安装、调试、验收等相关工作；
Responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, acceptance and other related work of painting equipment.
4 负责责任区域内涂装设备新增或改造项目（新产品/产能）的方案制定
To be responsible for the formulation of the new or modified (new product project / capacity project) of painting equipment, in area of responsibility
5 负责指定区域内涂装工艺技术文件，技术规范的准备工作以及就相关技能操作对员工进行培训与考核。
In assigned area, responsible for the preparation of coating process technical documents, technical specifications, the staff of the operation skills training and assessment;

任职资格：

1 本科以上学历，良好的英语书面及口语能力
Bachelor degree above, fluent English both in oral and writing
2 车辆化工，应用化学，材料化学相关专业
Vehicle chemical, applied chemistry, material chemistry related discipline
3 有不断学习进取和团队合作精神，善于与人沟通，能够承受工作压力
Continuous learning and teamwork spirit, good communication skills, able to work under pressure;
