Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 10 overseas marketplaces, including North America, Europe, Australia, and Japan. In addition, supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.
You will:
? Identify, qualify, and engage with Amazon existing sellers for the Amazon Business while creating a clear value proposition of selling to business customers on Amazon, along with the features and functionality.
? Working with sellers to achieve our standard and deliver the best e-commerce experience for customer on Amazon.
? Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's sellers in order to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business.
? Feed back to other teams within Amazon worldwide lessons learned during project implementation and post-live support phases.
? Analyze the business and conduct deep dive analysis; provide routine executive-level reporting on the Seller’s current business and future opportunities. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data.
? Advocate on behalf of Sellers and other external stakeholders to influence product roadmap.
We are looking for:
? Bachelor and above degree, ideally with experiences of working within e-commerce/B2B.
? Proficiency in oral and written English is strongly desired
? Strong verbal and written communications skills with team work spirits
? Proficiency in Excel and/or other data analysis tools
? Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
? Self-starter with strong learning capabilities, capable to work well under high pressure
? Highly self-organized, data-driven and results oriented
? Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment, deal well with multi-task situation
