1、硕士及以上学历， 电气相关专业；Master degree or above, major in electric
2、良好的专业知识能力。Good professional knowledge.

4、良好的沟通技能及人际关系协调能力。Good communication skills and personnal coordination capability;
5、具备良好的自我管理，自我激励和极强的抗压能力；With good self-management ability, self-motivation ability, can work under high pressure;
6、拥有良好的系统分析问题和解决问题的能力；With good ability to systematically analysis and resolve problems;
7、掌握相关商务知识：如财务知识，统计知识等；Have related commercial knowledge: Finance, Statistic and others;
8、具备极强的质量、客户和安全意识； Customer orientation, have strong sense of quality and safety;
