Task Description 职责描述：
1、Production, Technical Support
- Responsible for technical support to the Production Departments;
- Initiates, sets up studies and develops projects related to optimizing production lines, processes and product quality;
- Responsible for continuous improvement, indicates cost reductions, by using lean manufacturing principles and six sigma tools;
- Supports and advises subcontractors regarding improving production methods and processes with respect to the required quality of the supplies;
- Manages agreed changes into processes and implements this into Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and instructs the operators.

2、R&D, Process Development
- Participates in customization and R&D Projects, with focus to the innovation of the production and process capabilities with respect to the product functionality;
- Responsible for a working production process that meets the requested product quality and production capacity at the lowest possible costs;
- Guides and supports Drawer Constructors (both internal and external) in relation to the design of new or modifications on production tools, check and adopt the design before execution and is responsible for implementation into the Production.

3、QHSE, Technical Support
- Supports Quality Department, contributes technical solutions for the manufacturing processes and provides adjustments of procedures to prevent complaints with respect to product quality (preventive and corrective actions).
- Supports Health, Safety Environment Department, contributes technical solutions for reducing health, safety and environmental risks based on RI&E;

4、Investments, Machinery / Tooling
- Sets requirements based on feasibility studies for new production machines and equipment;
- Provides research results and data for substantiation of a return on investment (ROI);
- Manages projects (A-Z) related to purchasing and implementations of new production lines and equipment;
- Ensures good transfer to the Production Departments*, is responsible for the aftercare;

5、Technical, Functional Knowledge
- Keeps technical knowledge up to date towards production means;
- Maintain a network related with technic and research;

Qualifications 任职要求：

- Bachelor level;
- 5 years of relevant business experience;
- Experience with continuous improvement, research possibilities for increasing production efficiency and product quality;
- Knowledge of Lean and or Six Sigma techniques;
- Excellent relevant technical knowledge
- Initiates independent actions and activities;
- Brings conclusions and / or solutions for complex problems;
- Proactive
- Hands on mentality;
- Is customer oriented;
- Is a team player who can involve others;
- Is innovative and result driven;
- Stress resistance;
- Gives technical support to Operations and Technology Center; 
- Language skills: Dutch, English, German;
