Task Description 职责描述:
1. Take the lead of developing analysis methods and building up expertise (70 %)
1)Build-up expertise in mechanics of material failure of lab testing methods (Fatigue, torsion, tensile and other tests), and establish corresponding models
2) Build-up expertise in understanding mechanics of wire deformation in different processes (WWD; C&B, and etc.)
3) Correlate process data and lab testing results.
2. Participate in projects and giving expertise.
Lead the problem solving process/projects and give value-added advices for customers.
Ad-hoc giving technical assistance in related domain (20 %)
1) Work independently in a subproject of development or problem-solving related to core expertise or test development (adhesion, fatigue, electrochemistry, materials manage progress and report on results and act as an active member;
2)Assemble and cooridnate the temporary team for complex problem solving;
3) Give value-added advices to customer according to analysis results and share results within the temporary team
3. Be the model for routine test and be capable to Coach junior technicians in their daily job in lab or core expertise team on non-routine test (10 %)
1)Good EHS shape with 0 LTA in daily work.
2)Standardize the routine test including the sample preparation, and be the example for other colleagues on routine test;
3)be capable of training other colleagues on how to handle non-routine test
Qualifications 任职要求:
1. Good communication and reporting skill both in English and Chinese;
2. Good team work and coordination skills;
3. Master’s degree on dynamics/math/Statistics from 985/211 university;
4. open-minded and inspired to innovation.
