Task Description 职责描述：
Develop new products to meet customer request and to stay ahead of competition
1) Lead new product development projects in close collaboration with M&S, PTT and plants.
2) Lead the initial stage of industrialization of new products in the plants – implementing the process, solving problems, establishing process standards
3) Develop new test methods for better understanding the cord properties in relation with applications.
4) Analyze competitor products.
5) Generate new ideas of new products and do feasibility studies.

Qualifications 任职要求：
-Master degree from 985/211 university holder in engineering (Mechanical Engineering/Materials Engineering/Polymer or rubber engineering/Metallurgy/Engineering Mechanics).
-English communication skills
-Good teamwork spirit.
-Strong sense of responsibility. Be able to work independently.
-Good analytical skills
