Location实习地点: Beijing北京

Key Responsibilities主要职责：

1. Assist the project leader in market research, data collection and analysis;

    在项目负责人指导下进行市场调研及数据整理、分析工作；

2.  Assist the project leader in feasibility analysis and development strategy research;

     协助项目负责人进行项目可行性分析及发展战略研究；

3. Assist the project leader in process management and client engagement;

     协助项目负责人进行项目管理、客户管理工作；

4. Participate in the trainings related to the professional skills and management skills initiated by department or company.

     参加本部门或本公司的专业及管理培训。

Qualifications/Requirements资格要求：

1.   1. Bachelor degree or above with passion to Real Estate and basic understanding of this industry;

    专业不限，但能够对房地产及相关市场有一定的理解及认识；

2.   2. Good capabilities of data collection and analysis;

    较强的数据采集及数据分析能力；

3.   3. Proficient in induction and deduction and be logical as well;

    较好的归纳演绎、逻辑分析能力；

4.   4. Presentable and good abilities of observation and summarization;

    较强的观察、总结、表达能力；

5. Diligent, detail-oriented and good professionalism;

    工作努力、注重细节，具有良好的敬业精神；

6. Aggressive and positive, good communication skills, quick learner and good team player;

    乐观进取，善于与人沟通，具有较强的学习能力和良好的团队合作精神；

7. Good English & Mandarin written skills. Proficient in Microsoft tools, especially Word, Excel and Power Point;

    良好的中英文写作能力，熟练应用excel、word，PowerPoint等office软件；

8. Internship at least 3 months with no less than three-day attendance a week.

    能够保证至少3个月的实习期，每周保证三天或以上的实习时间。
