| POSITION DESCRIPTION ·To make channel/commercial analysis reports/dashboard to give reasonable emphasis on key findings through data and understanding of market(sales) ·To support tender pricing management and bidding process ·To enhance the training of dealers and sales teams of operational process and strategy MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: · Complete sales in and inventory analysis dashboard timely and give sharing on key findings · Monitor sales flow to find risk of pricing manangement · Conduct key stakeholders visit and communication on tendering related issues · Provide support of bidding process · Educate and train sales teams/dealers on operational process and strategy JOB REQUIREMENTS · Bachelor’s degree, medical/medical engineering better · Commercial oriented ·Good communication and interpersonal skills · Data sensitive and logical thinking ·Good team player · Self-motivated and positive ·Outgoing and friendly: Enthusiastic, energetic · “Wiling- to- do” attitude · Ability to quickly master new knowledge by training or self-study |
