PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Prepare adequate technical specifications for critical and other major gasification equipment, technical proposal with 2-3 gasification BDP/BDEPs per year.
- Prepare basic engineering package for Key Gasification Equipment.
- Reduce Capex of gasification designs by delivery of standard designs and design classes for critical equipment.
- Improve designs and delivery, based on new Development Releases, and feedback from clients, focusing on delivery time, quality, cost and design tools.
- Monitor and guide the further development of critical equipment; to contribute to the development and updating of equipment design tools, rules, standards, manuals and guides in critical gasification equipment engineering;
- Ensure adequate process/equipment interface management via close interaction with the process engineer. Liaisons with detailed design engineers either within or outside (authorized vendors).
- Process/equipment interface management is crucial in gasification, including material and corrosion and mechanical design departments.

- Master in Mech. Eng. or equivalent.
