1.  BS or higher in computer science/engineering, embedded system, electrical engineering, automation or related area

2.  Good programming skills in C#, C/C++ or Python

3.  Master one or multiple skills in the following will be a great advantage: WPF, XAML, Database/SQL, Web API, PCB design, FPGA development, Solidworks, AutoCAD, embedded system development;

4.  Strong problem solving ability, be able to find creative solutions for challenging technical problems

5.  Good verbal and written communication skills

6.  A good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently

Job Description:

1.  Develop software platform for optical communication modules

2.  Develop drivers to control test instruments through GPIB, serial port or USB port

3.  Develop test scripts and algorithms to measure various optical parameters and logic behavior

4.  Develop embedded test software to test the validity, stability and robustness of the modules

5.  Analyze, debug and find the root cause of the failures / bugs of embedded software

6.  Develop software & hardware tools to automatize the development process for the world class R&D

7.  Maintain good software life cycle practice from Requirement Analysis, Architecture Design, Testing, Coding, Documentation and Maintenance
