Position introduction（岗位介绍）
l As first line technical support engineer, deliver technical solution according customer service request
l Investigate complex technical problems, troublehooting on systems which in operation
l Working alone or with experts around the world, participate in the remedy of systems in case of critical situations
l Implementation of proactive maintenance activities or project
e.g.: LTE/Volte/5G/iCloud Core equipment and debugging it, software patch package loading, parameter adjusting and so on
l Participate in technical discussing meeting with customer
l Often travel domestically or international and work in different cultural environments
Professional requirements（专业要求）
l Bachelor (Master degree is preferred) degree in Software programming, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
l Self-motivation, have strong sense of responsibility & team work spirit
l Interest in technical work, enjoy with technical study; be capable of work during night shift and long-term business trip.
l Good communication ability and presentation skill
l Fluent in English, both oral and written
l Work experience within the telecom or similar industry or CICSO/RedHat/VMware... certificate and software programming will be plus
