Tasks & Responsibilities工作职责：
- Responsible for internal and external customers’ IT service, make sure IT environment working smoothly.
负责外部和内部客户IT相关服务，确保IT环境正常运行
- Provide remote and onsite IT service, make sure the IT problem solved in time.
提供远程和现场IT服务，确保及时解决IT问题
- Responsible for IT asset management in division, cooperate with division for the asset statistics and usage.
