Tasks & Responsibilities工作职责：
- Responsible for internal and external customers’ IT service, make sure IT environment working smoothly.
负责外部和内部客户IT相关服务，确保IT环境正常运行
- Provide remote and onsite IT service, make sure the IT problem solved in time.
提供远程和现场IT服务，确保及时解决IT问题
- Responsible for IT asset management in division, cooperate with division for the asset statistics and usage.
负责公司IT资产管理，配合进行资产统计和使用

Requirements岗位要求：
- You have a degree in in Computer Science/Mathematics
计算机科学、数学等相关专业
- You have the knowledge of IT infrastructure, and has the ability to base on customer request provide professional solutions
具备IT基础架构知识，能够根据客户要求提供专业的解决方案
- You have good written and spoken English.
