Agency Intern

Job Brief:

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join the GTB team in supporting agency-wide functions. You will provide valuable administrative assistance in support of a number of duties related to the development and execution of departmental assignments.

The role will give you exposure to the exciting fast-paced environment of a regional agency, and ultimately provide you with project management & platform management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative support
• Execution - Support with general agency and platform execution tasks and regional requests; research & information gathering; internal event management support
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Relevant degree, or current enrollment in a related degree or Masters Program
• Excellent command of English. Chinese bilingual ability preferred
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with Apple tools, marketing tools/platforms a plus
• Strong desire to learn, and an interest in the Marketing & Advertising industry
