The primary responsibilityis to manage purchase order related issues. This includes:
1. Order Processing
· Basedon CFDA, signed sales contracts with payment or inventory purchase needs,preparing purchase order accordingly.
· Leadingorder approval process according to company regulation, with accounting formrequired cost.
· Returningstamped order to the Supplier.
· Creationand archive of order file, including computer database file.
· Obtainorder amendments if necessary.
2. InternationalShipment Issues
· Checkingsupplier’s shipping documents with purchase order.
· Notifyingfreight forwarder to pick up from supplier and store in US warehouse properly.
· Interfacewith sales and contract team to coordinate international shipment in accordancewith sales contract and L/C requirements.
· Preparingand transmitting shipping documents (packing list, commercial invoice, inter-cosales contracts), and checking airway bill/bill of lading.
· Purchasingand recording Insurance policy per shipment.
3. After-ShipmentIssues
· Followup on short and DOA shipments orders.
· Claimindemnity with supporting documents to Insurance company, and follow up, ifany.
· USWarehouse and international ship cost check and allocation.
· Interfacewith RA/QA, Supplier for labeling, product issues raised from customers.
· Placingwarranty extension purchase order, if any.
4. Order Management
· Inputorder information via ERP system timely.
· Assistingto provide monthly FTC sales, inventory, purchase, insurance reports.
5.Other assignments
· Interfaceamong suppliers and business department for required information and documents.
· Otherassigned work from management.
Requirements:
l Bachelor degree or above, with major ininternational trade or business administration.
l Fluent English on speaking, listening,reading and writing, level CET-6 or above.
l Responsible, earnest, easygoing, actionproactive and detail-oriented.
l Solid computer skills in MS Windows, MSOffice, and internet platform, etc.
l Team player with excellentcommunication, interpersonal and organization skills.
l Be able and willing to learn and workunder high pressure.
