1. Performs repair and service on theproducts. Works directly with end-users and distributors to return product tofunctional working condition.
2. Provides technical guidance,training and assistance to distributor and end-user service personnel.
3. Provides technical assistance and trouble
shooting on the equipment and systems via telephone with technical personnel at
customer and distributor sites.
4. Prepares written reports on customer
contacts which include: contacts, problems found and resolved, additional
marketing and engineering information which may support
existing and/or future product development
5. Assists Service Manager to manage
replacement part inventory and the procurement of required replacement parts.
6. Responsible for the acquisition and
maintenance of parts and equipment within budget limitations established by
service manager.
7. Supplies active support to the Regional
Sales & Marketing teams. Assisting in sales lead generation, product
demonstrations, in-service training and other related activities.
8. Builds and maintains positive working
relationship with end-user and distributor product service personnel.
9. Works with regional Sales and Marketing
personnel achieve high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
10. Responsible for the implementation of specific product service programsunder the guidance of the Service Manager.
11. Works closely with Sales and marketing personnel to achieve regionalsales and service objectives.
