You will experience:
Direct supervision of practice leader, assists business development efforts, such as presentation development, client meetings, and proposal writing.
Review and analyze client problems/requirements, contribute to the development of wining solutions for clients.
Lead/participate phases of client projects of various size and complexity.
Participate in the design management dashboards.
Participate in the design and implementation of database/data warehouse solutions.
Participate in CRM system design and implementation.
Participate in analytical projects – might involve basic statistical concepts.
Provide project leadership as needed.
Contribute to practice knowledge building efforts.
Most work will be managed by engagement managers or principals.
You should be able to demonstrate:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.IT background preferred.
Experience in design and implementation of CRM and business intelligence solutions for sales force management and marketing team in pharmaceutical industry highly valued.
Software development skills:
Database programming in MS SQL or Oracle
Business intelligence technologies: Cognos, Business Objects, Qlikview, Xcelsius, etc.
Frond-end technologies, such as SPSS, SAS, Excel/VBA, , Java, etc.
CRM packages.
Strong communication skills.
Effective time management skills.
