ABB Global Finance Trainee Program
International exposure, challenging opportunities
ABB Global Finance Trainee Program gives you business responsibility from the start. You will rapidly build your skills and experience through a series of demanding, cross-functional, cross-divisional, and international assignments.
You will create a legacy to be proud of as you train to become a business leader.
Program Overview
With a combination of on-the-job training, formal learning and mentoring, you will learn about the functional aspects of finance and business control as well as acquire general management and leadership skills.
From the beginning, you will contribute to the planning of your own program based on your individual interests and development requirements.
There are three assignments:
1 One six-month assignment in your home country as an introduction to the business.
2 One six-month assignment at ABB Headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland, where you will get an overview of ABB's operations and work on a more strategic level.
3 One six-to-twelve-month assignment in another country, where you will gain international experience and insights into the operational aspects of finance.
