Responsibility

Manage new products industrialization, launch and modifications introduction activities from concept

to early life production, ensuring best manufacturability, cost, quality and time to market targets achievement.

1. Support Program Manager in Offer and Initiative definition and Monitoring providing and continuously updating Industrial Cost and CAPEX

2. Assure the manufacturability of new products working in strict collaboration with Product Development Teams applying  DFX methodologies and tools

3. Assure the implementation of Simultaneous Engineering leading the implementation of EEM/EPM, WPI activities and the achievement of the Industrial targets (Quality – Cost – Delivery)

4. Lead the assigned Industrialization and Launch Team in the definition, the implementation and the monitoring of New Product Industrialization and Launch Activities Plan Respecting the Customer Industrial Milestones

5. Lead the assigned Industrialization and Launch Team in Process, Tooling, Equipment and Lines definition, capacity sizing and implementation

6. Lead Plant Human Resources Needs sizing and Training Plan definition and implementation to support New Product launch Ramp-Up phase.

7. Lead the Plant Mfg. Team in the definition, the implementation and the monitoring of Product Change Industrialization and Launch Activities Plan Respecting the assigned Customer Milestones

8. Support Plant Teams in Product/Process Continuous Improvement activities during Mass Production phase

9. Support Manufacturing Project Leaders in the continuous Monitoring of New Product Industrialization  and Launch Activities

10. Support Key Account Manager in offer and the Project Manager in initiative definition providing Industrial Cost and CAPEX  Evaluation

11. Assure the implementation of Simultaneous Engineering leading the implementation of DFX, EEM/EPM, WPI Methodology & Tools

12. Lead the Plant Industrialization and Launch Team in the definition, implementation and monitoring of New Product Industrialization and Launch Activities respecting the Project Life Cycle Milestones

13. Lead the Plant Industrialization and Launch Team in the definition, capacity sizing and implementation of  Process, Tooling, Equipment and Lines

14. Lead the definition and the implementation of Human Resources Need sizing and Training Plan definition and implementation to support New Product launch Ramp-Up.

15. Lead the Plant Mfg. Team in the implementation of Product Change accordingly to Project Milestones

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering;

2. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;

3. Good command of English in both spoken and written, CET 4 is mandatory;

4. Others: project management skill, teamwork spirit.
