Responsibilities：
1. Act as technical liaison with capital equipment builders, plant staff, and outside tooling/components suppliers. Oversee manufacturing systems design and build to resolve technical, process, plant and product issues, and ensure delivery schedules are maintained.
2. Identify capital equipment, tooling, and gauges necessary within the scope and requirements of the Capital Equipment Authorization (CEA)
3. Assist with training and coaching of manufacturing engineers
