"Position Summary:

Provides installation, repair, and application support for China customers.

Essential Functions:

1. Provides technical services, including installation, preventative maintenance, validation and application support; documents activities performed utilizing the required format.

2. Provides summarized regular repair reports to line manager.

3. Resolves customer concerns and complaints.

4. Interacts with team to resolve technical problems in installation and service.

5. Designs and provides new product and application training for customers.

6. Translates text for user manuals and China website.

 

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree (Major in Electrical, Chemical, Instrument or Environmental), Master is preferred.

2. Good communication and service attitudes.

3. Familiar with Laboratory Equipment.

4. Good IT software knowledge, Good English Skills in both Written and Spoken.

 

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:

1. Must be able to travel frequently within China on business trips.

2. Must possess a professional appearance and presentation/training skills.

3. Must be able to function independently, be self-motivated and yet be part of a team.

4. Must possess strong communication skills both verbal and written to communicate directly with end users and share technical information and to document services provided.

5. Must possess strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and service customers in a timely manner.
