Responsibilities:

1.Conduct on-site installation of complex equipment and follow testing procedures to ensure proper working order.

2.Conduct on-site scheduled planned maintenance visits.

3.Provide troubleshooting and repair support for customers and other field service personnel.

4.Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with customers, system users, and company personnel.

5.Travel, often on short notice, to customer sites to resolve problems or support other field service personnel.

6.Complete and submit field service reports.

7.Provide training for customers and users on system maintenance.

8.Provide feedback to product quality teams.

9.Provide appropriate input in writing updating and correcting various FEI system documentation.

10.Provide input for various reports including identifying and isolating unique problems with system.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1.Typically requires a bachelor above degree, majored in Mechanical Automation/Electronic/ Materials/ Applied Physics or related.

2.Electron Microscopes user experience would be a plus.

3.Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

4.Fluent in English, good computer application skills.
