1.Reception Work:

1)Greeting visitors
1)问候客户
2) Answer all incoming phone calls and transfer calls to appropriate person in courtesy manner
2)接听所有来电并转接至相关部门和直线人员
3)Act as the communication bridge between all staff/departments
3)与全员和各个部门进行沟通和交流,充当桥梁作用。
4)Meal cards, working clothes ,employee card etc. management
4)工作餐、工作服、员工工卡等管理工作
5) Company stationary order and management. Flight ticket, and hotel booking. Company coffee and drinking water ordering.
5)公司固定订餐管理,机票、酒店预订,公司用咖啡和饮用水预订。
2. Transportaion management:

1)Shuttle bus administration -to meet the demand for shuttle bus service in a timely way
1)班车- 确保班车服务的及时性
2)Pick up arrangement for guest
2)安排客户接送
3)Business vehicle manage
3).商务车辆管理
3. Monthly admin. Bills making and internal financilial reporting, prepare and track expense reports, payment vouchers preparations
3.每月行政支付单的制定和内部财务报表的输送,准备和跟踪费用报销和付款凭证。
4. Prepare VIP meals, ordering meals for staff .
4.准备重要客户的订餐,为员工订餐。
5. Other jobs assined by HR Manager.
任何人力资源经理委派的其他任务。
