- Purchase order coordination and between Austin Headquarters and China and based vendors
- Monitoring and updating order information in our database to accurately reflect purchase order status
- Support and follow up QA team to complete product and container inspection.
- Date management to improve orders on time delivery
- Sourcing/Purchasing of materials deemed significant by Operations Manager
- Swatch follow up
- Part Request follow up
- Update shipping report and Inventory Management System
- Chargeback request tracking
- To assist Manager for related works
- Other Tasks deemed by Management
Report to Vendor Coordinator Supervisor
Requirements:
1. Excellent English skill, TEM8 prefer
2. Excellent Communication skill
3. Experience with Office 20103
4. Be able to resolve issues
6. Related working experience at least 2 years.
6. Bachelor degree
7. Ability to work with a team
8. Careful, honest, responsible, patient & Hardworking
9. Lots of energy
10. Reference from other companies are required
