Grieg Star Shipping Shanghai Company Limited 【now named as G2 Ocean (Shanghai) Shipping Company Limited】 are looking for self-motivated graduates to join their Development programme as an Operation/Chartering Graduate. To be successful, you will have a strong business acumen, an innovative mindset and natural leadership ability combined with the desire to develop a career in shipping and operations.

Running over 18 months our programme offers the unique opportunity to learn about every facet of the business, whether corporate, operational and commercial, whilst completing assignments both at this Company, head office (G2 Ocean in Norway) and potentially our overseas offices.

During your job rotations, some of which may be international, you will gain the knowledge and learning that help G2 Ocean and their teams demonstrate their passion, expertise and excellence in working with customers.

This is underpinned by a comprehensive development programme which will help you develop your personal and leadership skills.

At the end of the programme, you will have the opportunity to move into a posting on the operational side which maybe overseas.

Qualification:  University graduate (Bachelors or Masters), with up to two years relevant working experience, with good English combined with the qualities outlined above.
