Support, maintain, and monitor network infrastructure including WAN, LAN, Servers.

Build/install and troubleshoot user desktop systems, servers, routers, switches and Internet connectivity.

Perform backup procedures and insure proper disposition of backup medias.

Administer, support and maintain all hardware, including PCs, printers, fax machines, copy machines etc.

Manage network user accounts and maintain user access.

Manage IT assets. Follow up the issue, upgrade, repair, return and scrap of the servers, PCs, printers etc.

Support and maintain PABX system, door access control system, CCTV system.

Follow corporate IT policies and procedures, insure security compliance.

Qualification & experience

资质与经验

College graduate or above in computer related discipline.

Understanding of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN and servers.

Familiar with Cisco routers and switches.

Experience in troubleshooting windows servers, PC and PC software is a must.

Experience in telephone PBX system is preferred

MCSE and CCNA qualification is desirable

Good read and written English
