大学生培养计划

Comprehensive training opportunities, perfect process system, professional career coaching

丰富全面的培训机会，完善的流程体系、专业人士的职业辅导

 1、 Novice guide period (3 days): New employee orientation, company culture, Company executives meet with students, previous students sharing, and industrial campus & plants tour.

入职引导期（3天）：大学生入职培训、公司文化培训、公司高层与大学生见面会、往届大学生经验分享、事业部/工厂参观。

 2、 Factory/Store probationary period (7 days): Learn production, sales & marketing knowledge and be familiar with the manufacturing process in different production lines. It is a good opportunity to be in-depth understanding about lean production, sales, SCM, EHS and quality management.

工厂/销售门店见习期（7天）：车间一线体验，在不同的岗位学习操作技能，市场营销知识等。熟悉产品的制造工艺，对产品、销售、质量、安全、供应链等相关流程和知识进行深入学习了解。

 3、 Job rotation (6-9 months): On-the -job training in different departments. Every 3/6 months, you will transfer to a new role to gain the knowledge of different functions, internal communication, team collaboration and so on. 

岗位轮岗期（6-9个月）：在不同的部门接受岗位培训，每3-6个月轮换一次岗位，每人至少轮换两次。学习不同模块的岗位知识，学习沟通协作，在轮岗过程中考核并匹配合适的岗位。

 4、 Special talent development（12-24months）: Continue to learn practically and participate in key projects on the assigned position. Especially for R&D, sales related role and technical positions.

定向培养期（12 -24个月）：在匹配后的岗位上持续实践学习，参与部门关键项目。特别是研发岗位， 销售业务及工厂技术类岗位。

 5、 In class training (100 hours): In 18 months, we provide both of internally and externally systematic trainings more than 100 hours per person, including general capabilities, functional skills, technical trainings and primary management courses. Furthermore, excellent performers will have the opportunity to get the job rotation in the United States or German.

集中授课（100小时）：在长达18个月里，我们提供超过100个小时的系统知识培训及外部培训，包括通用能力，专业技能及初级管理课程培训。同时，表现优异者会有机会到美国和德国分公司进行轮岗学习。
