二. 招聘岗位
岗位1：生产运营管培生（OMT）4～6人

The Operation Management Trainee Program (OMT) accelerates the excellent new graduates with master degree in major of Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science or Chemical Mechanical etc. savvy talent through a structured training program, combining  job assignments in production, EHS, supply chain… interactive seminars and trainings.
 
OMT program is :

• A two-year program consisting of 2～3 cross-function rotational assignments within the manufacture.

• Program participants strengthen their technical knowledge, processing management and leadership skills by completing an intensive curriculum consisting of classroom training, online training symposiums.
