在中国，瓦克在台北、香港、上海、广州和北京建立了销售办事处，在上海设有技术中心，生产基地位于张家港和南京。瓦克的5个业务部门 — 有机硅、聚合物、精细化工、多晶硅和世创电子材料都在中国开展业务。目前，瓦克在大中华区拥有多家独资和合资企业，业务领域涉及制造、贸易和技术服务。

我们公司现招聘以下职位：

 

工厂技术员8名

 

      KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

 

l  Perform a proper shift turnover about his/her responsible.

正确的完成岗位交接班。

l  Supervise on site the whole process building and utilities so as to make sure whole plant runs smoothly. Operate the manual equipments.

监控主厂房、公用工程运作平稳。现场操作各手动设备。

l  Observe abnormalities carefully and collect first-hand information and report to shift supervisor if necessary.

仔细观察异常现象并收集第一手资料，然后尽快向主管汇报。

l  Multi-skill: Familiar with all area operating skills including kneader, pumps, packing machine, HDK dosing, DCS, SAP, QC , etc.

多技能要求：熟悉所有区域的生产操作技能，包括：捏合机、泵、包装机、HDK加料，DCS、QC、SAP的操作等。

l  Maintain good 5S standards for all his responsible area.

保持相关区域良好的5S标准。

l  Make clear, right and real time production records.

清晰、正确和实时地做好生产记录。

l  Perform work permit.

执行工作许可证。

l  When have free time, support others who may need help.

有空闲时间时，支持其他需要帮助的人。

l  Share experience with others.

和其他人分享你的经验。

l  Other miscellaneous tasks may be assigned to field operator by shift supervisor.

轮班主管可能安排的其他杂活。

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

 

Experience/Skill Requirement经验/技能要求

 

l  Equal or above vocational/high school. Minimum 2 years working experience in a chemical plant if majored in non-chemical subject. Note: internal recruitment will not be restricted by above requirements.

技校/高中及以上学历。无化工专业背景的需要至少2年化工工作经验。注：内部招聘不受以上条件限制。

l  Good safety knowledge and awareness.

良好的安全知识和安全意识。

l  Familiar with basic chemical process. Familiar with common chemical industrial equipments.

熟悉基本的化工工艺。熟悉常见的化工设备。

l  Know basic automatic process control theory. Prefer to familiar with DCS(Distributed Control System)

了解基本的工艺自动控制原理，熟悉DCS系统者优先。

l  Willing to work on shift and keep energetic for shift work.

愿意轮班工作并保持精力充沛。

l  Need attend government authority training and get certification for some special work, eg, pressure vessel operation, folk-lifter operation.., based on job requirements.

根据工作需要，需要参加政府相关部门的培训并取得证书，如压力容器操作，叉车操作等。

l  Able to use Windows, Words and Excel

会使用Windows, Words 和 Excel

l  Able to know basic chemical English words.

能知道化工基本英文。

l  Clear and effective oral communication skill.

清晰有效的沟通技巧

l  Willing to permeate into the team so as to create a coordinative, learning and active working atmosphere.

实验室技术员2名

 

      KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

 

l  Ensure unit operation activities under site ESH requirement, Comply with all management requirements and procedures from Company and Plant.

保证本岗位在工厂安全、健康和环保的要求下进行生产活动，遵守公司及工厂内各项管理规定。

l  Test raw materials, intermediates and finished product according to the inspection plan and inspection methods, Input the inspection data in the SAP system accurately and in time.

按照检验计划和检验方法测试原料，半成品和成品，正确并及时将检验结果输入SAP系统。

l  Assist Lab supervisor to run the lab, implement 5S activity in lab.

协助实验室主管进行实验室日常运行管理，在实验室实施5S。

l  When non-confirming products is found, follow the procedure of <Non-confirming Product Control >

当发现产品不合格时,按照《不合格品处理程序》处理。

l  Be responsible for correctly using and routine maintenance of the lab equipment, and deal with the abnormal issues in time and properly

正确恰当的使用实验室设备及实验室设备的日常维护，发现异常及时处理。

l  Deal with all the materials in the lab according to the ESH rules.

根据相关规定处理实验室所有的物料。

l  Timely report all abnormal phenomena, stop all unsafe behaviors.

及时汇报工作中任何异常现象，制止任何不安全的行为。

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

 

Experience/Skill Requirement经验/技能要求

 

l  Can read English, has a certain English level, preferable skill on the computer use, and be familiar with the lab daily work

有简单的英文读写能力，具有较好的电脑应用能力，熟悉实验室日常工作

l  Having the experience on the physical character inspection is  preferred

具备较好实验室物性分析背景者优先

l  Work with the earnest, chariness and consecution

做事认真细心、周到、有条理、有服务精神

l  Working proactively and teamwork spirit

工作主动，具有团队合作精神

 

 

操作工6名

 

 

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

 

l  保证本岗位在工厂安全、健康和环保的要求下进行生产活动。

Ensure unit operation activities under site HSE requirement.

l  负责本岗位操作和运行，将生产工艺参数控制在技术文件所规定的范围之内，保证质量。

Be in charge of process controlling of whole plant, ensure quality by following plant SOP (Safety operation procedure).

l  会实验室的基本取样及检验操作。

Be responsible for the general lab sampling and testing.

l  参与质量、安全事件和客户投诉的调查，并负责改正活动的具体实行。

Participating the investigation of quality, safety incidents and customer complaint, and implement the action plan.

l  参与工厂设备的日常检查和维护。

Participating the routine inspection and preventive maintenance activities of plant facility.

薪酬待遇：

转正前：18.5元/小时、5天8小时工作制

转正后：五险一金、商业险、有竞争力的薪酬、年度旅游、有班车，工作餐，轮班12小时工作制。
