Job Description岗位描述
1.Improve product quality KPIs such as First Pass Yeild /scrap rate/failure rate;
提高产品质量相关的绩效指标，列如首次通过率/报废率/不良率；
2.Improve production efficiency KPIs such as OEE/Labor efficiency;
提高生产效率相关的绩效指标，列如设备利用率/人员劳动效率；
3.Conduct regular Kaizen activities such as Standard Work, VSM, SMED, Layered audit;
推动日常的改善活动(例如标准化作业/价值流分析/快速换型/分层审核) ；
4.Create and update SAP master data (Production BOM/Routing/Kanban/Production version) and responsible for the data quality;
创建和更新SAP主数据(生产原材料表/流程表/看板/生产版本)并对数据质量负责；
5.Maintain the production related documentation (Layout Process, Flow Chart, PFMEA, Work Instruction);
维护生产相关的文件(生产线布局图，工艺流程图，过程失效模式分析，作业指导书）；
6.Join the customer and internal process audit and implement improvement actions;
参与客户和内部的审核并执行相关的改进措施；
7.Work with quality department to define and implement action plan regarding customer complain;
与质量部门一起针对客户投诉制定和执行改进计划；
8.Train and qualify operator according to Work Instruction;
依据作业指导书培训和考核生产操作人员；
9.Other job assigned by Department Manager& Supervisor;
部门经理和主管委派的其他工作任务。
Necessary requirements 任职资格
1.College and above; 大专以上学历；
2.English: good reading & writing & speaking; 良好的英文说写沟通能力；
3.Mechanical / Electrical engineering/industrial automation;
机械/电气工程/工业自动化专业；
4.熟练使用Excel/PowerPoint/Project;
5.Good experience in problem solving and communication;
具有良好的解决问题和人际沟通能力；
6.Good experience in the Manufacture processes of automotive electronics.
